In choosing Alphabet Inc, Google joins a branded crowd
Google Inc made clear in its announcement on Monday that in creating a parent company called Alphabet Inc, it was not intending to build products and brands under that name.

Alphabet Inc. will be name of the new conglomerate. Google Inc., along with YouTube, Android mobile software and other Web- based products, will be a key part of that.
